Thomas is fantastic. Several months ago I went in search of a local woodworker to make a custom bar cabinet for me. I couldn't quite find what I was looking for from wayfair or any furniture Stores. through the woodworking FB page I found DIY collective and Thomas. He spent hours working through my ideas and creating a living 3D model and we went right down to the hinge design. Throughout the process he was communicative and open and when it came to building he sent pictures if he had questions and was very diligent in his work. The cabinet looks amazing and if you haven't seen the custom bar cabinet videos, I encourage you to watch them. Excellent work and I will reach out again for any of my woodworking design needs.

We moved in last may and our house had some weird empty spaces beside the fire place like a bookshelf should be there. I contacted Tom and now the living room feels complete our dining area has a fantastic functional conversation piece and our house has finally made that ever important transition into a home. My fiancé and I could not be more pleased with Tom’s work attention to detail and just how easy he was to deal with. Everything is planned and priced out in advance so there are no surprises. My custom cabinet looks great and already making plans for a new desk.

I had wanted a solid wood table for our new home, and lamented to Thomas about not being able to find what I wanted in a quality, solid wood, farmhouse table. He offered to customize a table for us and I couldn’t be happier! From the planning process onward it was a fantastic experience! He was able to make recommendations & customize EXACTLY what I had in mind. We went with a a walnut top with beautifully crafted farmhouse trestle legs, in grey stained ash. I’m thrilled with it!
